Why the beard? The Pittsburgh Penguins, obviously the best team in hockey, started Beard-A-Thon as a fundraiser to bring in money for the Mario Lemieux Foundation. You can grow your own beard or sponsor someone else's, like, oh, I don't know....MINE! All I have to show is a skritchy face so far, but it's a start! My wife hates it already.
